President - Jeff Johnson

Yes - Jeff Johnson for president.

Why ? - Mostly because I feel like it.

Chances - Zero.

For those unfamiliar with our political process - let Jeff Johnson - me - explain it a bit.

Too get on the ballot in even one state is near impossible for an independent - not impossible but close.

And you need to be on the ballot in all the states.

Several thousand signatures needed in a few months time for each state : each state has different requirements further complicating the process : - as well as thousands in ballot fee's - requiring able volunteers or paid workers in each state to get the signatures and only a short few months in which to get them.

I haven't mentioned what year I am running for - I intend to run in perpetuity - run until I win or don't or die first.

But 2008 for sure.

But nothing worth worrying about one way or another.

How crazy am I ? - You ask ?

Well - in today's world is this really a relevant question ?

Maybe a few comments on those other guys running for the presidency would help explain where I am coming from and my style or lack there-of.

A guy named 'Bambi' or 'Boomba' or something is running - sort of a black troll who already holds a high office -

McCain - an honorable sort of fellow

Hillary - I've listened to this woman's comments for twenty years or so and I have yet to hear her say anything - maybe someday ?

The guy who ran the Utah Olympics - were both from Utah by the way

Edwards - another nice guy with political experience

So mostly nice people are running - and 'Bambi' the troll also -

There are many more than this running of course - but these few are what came to mind.

So - of those running I would consider myself - Jeff Johnson - me - to be the one that stands out from the crowd - even among other independents of which I can't say that I even know a name of one of them.

Since you have never heard of me and I need your vote - I'll relate here in a short profile.

I am a member of two religious organizations and although they would probably prefer I didn't relate there names - I more or less have too - by default - or do I ?



I am only religious in a strictly personal sense and I mean strictly.

I think what I think - I feel as I want to feel - and whether it agrees - takes away - or adds unto the org's I belong to or am a member of is of little import to me - or put another way - it is of great import to me -

but be clear - I am not bound by anyone - in thought or in deed -
